It’s in the bag! Cognitiv members collaborate to creatively showcase leading British bag designer

Statement and GCBC Collaboration

Cognitiv members Statement and Good Cop Bad Cop Productions recently collaborated on an exciting project for Caboodle Bags, a well established specialist in designer baby changing bags.

Statement is an award winning, service-led design, digital and marketing agency based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. They help ambitious brands to grow through strategic eCommerce and digital marketing and work with a range of clients, from dynamic start-ups through to large multi-million pound organisations.

Good Cop Bad Cop Productions is an award winning animation production company based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. They work closely with clients to create bespoke films and promos, clear and descriptive visual aids and high quality product advertising. They also run Good Cop Bad Cop Productions Animation Academy and offer a range of workshops suitable for schools (either as part of the curriculum or as a fun after school activity) and various events such as festivals and parties.

After Statement developed a bespoke eCommerce website and supporting integrated digital marketing campaign for Caboodle Bags, they felt that video would be an excellent way to connect with new customers and showcase Caboodle’s fantastic product offering.

This presented a great opportunity for Statement and GCBP, as fellow Cognitiv members and neighbours at Unity Works, to collaborate on a creative stop-motion animation to showcase the storage capacity, product features and brand personality of Caboodle Bags.

Statement’s Director, Dan Conboy, said:

“We have really enjoyed working with Charlotte and Mark on this project. We were looking for a creative and distinctive way to communicate with our client’s target audience. The video has exceeded our expectations and the feedback that we have received from our client has been very positive.”

Good Cop Bad Cop Productions’ Director, Mark Taylor, said:

“Both Charlotte and I really enjoyed working on this project. We had been looking to collaborate with Statement since we became neighbours at Unity Works and this seemed to be the perfect project. Statement have been a pleasure to work with and when partnered with Caboodle's quality product, this job was an easy one to shoot. We were given enough space creatively to have a little play around with some ideas we wanted to try. We’re looking forward to our next collaborative effort.”

The project is another example of how Cognitiv has helped members to build links, thereby promoting collaboration and business relationships. For more information, take a look at Statement and Good Cop Bad Cop Productions’ websites and social media pages.
